Most Expensive Condos In Broward County

Real estate prices in Broward County have skyrocketed over the last couple of years. While the median listing price in Fort Lauderdale is $525K, the median listing price in the 40-city county is not as steep at $350K, according to Realtor.com. During the week of January 17, 2022, there was a total of 273 condo sales, with an average price of $282,325. That amounts to an average of $251 per square foot. Of these condo sales last week, 10 condos stood out as the most expensive in Broward County.

$933,000, condominium in the 300 block of 21st Avenue

The sale of the condominium in the 300 block of 21st Avenue in Deerfield Beach has been finalized. The price was $933,000, and the new owners took over the condominium in December. The condominium was built in 1965 and has a living area of 1,420 square feet. The price per square foot was $657.


$935,000, condominium in the 3100 block of Ocean Drive

The property in the 3100 block of Ocean Drive in Hollywood has received new owners. The price was $935,000. The condominium was built in 2005 and has a living area of 1,733 square feet. The price per square foot is $540.


$1 million, condominium in the 1200 block of Hillsboro Mile

The property in the 1200 block of Hillsboro Mile in Hillsboro Beach has new owners. The price was $1,049,000. The condominium was built in 1979 and has a living area of 2,844 square feet. The price per square foot is $369.


$1 million, condominium in the 300 block of Las Olas Way

The 2,129 square-foot condominium in the 300 block of Las Olas Way in Fort Lauderdale has now been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in December and the total purchase price was $1,049,000, $493 per square foot. The condominium was built in 2004.


$1.1 million, condominium in the 2000 block of Ocean Drive

A sale has been finalized for the condominium in the 2000 block of Ocean Drive in Fort Lauderdale. The price was $1,125,000 and the new owners took over the condominium in December. The condo was built in 1965 and the living area totals 2,650 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $425.


$1.2 million, condominium in the 3100 block of Bayshore Drive

The sale of the condominium in the 3100 block of Bayshore Drive, Fort Lauderdale, has been finalized. The price was $1,150,000, and the condominium changed hands in November. The condominium was built in 2010 and has a living area of 1,214 square feet. The price per square foot was $947.


$1.3 million, condominium in the 3100 block of Ocean Drive

The 2,308 square-foot condominium in the 3100 block of Ocean Drive, Hollywood, has now been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in December and the total purchase price was $1,300,000, $563 per square foot. The condominium was built in 2005.


$1.5 million, condominium in the 1800 block of Ocean Drive

A sale has been finalized for the condominium in the 1800 block of Ocean Drive in Hallandale Beach. The price was $1,500,000 and the new owners took over the condominium in November. The condo was built in 2005 and the living area totals 2,566 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $585.


$1.6 million, condominium in the 300 block of Las Olas Way

The property in the 300 block of Las Olas Way in Fort Lauderdale has received new owners. The price was $1,625,000. The condominium was built in 2004 and has a living area of 3,189 square feet. The price per square foot is $510.


$1.7 million, condominium in the 2200 block of North Ocean Boulevard

The sale of the condominium in the 2200 block of North Ocean Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, has been finalized. The price was $1,650,000, and the new owners took over the condominium in November. The condominium was built in 2018 and has a living area of 1,294 square feet. The price per square foot was $1,275.
